The Darkhei Noam Annual Meeting will be held at SAJ, 15 West 86th Street on Tuesday, June 24th at 8:00 PM.

There will be a bake sale starting at 7:30 PM and a Mincha minyan at 7:45 PM.

The meeting agenda includes an update on the rapidly developing MCS bankruptcy and our access to the school as well as our efforts to secure a new home for Darkhei and the presentation of the annual budget. 

There will also be elections for three open slots on the Darkhei Board.

Election Instructions:

Voting Eligibility
- Members who are paid up for the current year and have been members for at least six months are eligible to vote
- Up to two adult members of a family or couple membership unit can vote individually
- Associate Members are invited to attend but may not vote.

Voting Process
- Voting takes place at the meeting
- Ballots will be distributed when you check in at the meeting

Voting By Proxy 
- An eligible voter may grant his or her proxy to another member who will be given an additional ballot to cast at the meeting
- The proxy form is attached, and it must be filled out and presented in a physical form at the meeting in order to receive a proxy ballot
- In order to promote participation in the vote, signatures are preferred, but typed names will be accepted
