To begin, Julia Scherzer will teach a 45-minute open-level yoga class. Beginners are very welcome! The class will include stretching, strengthening, and a relaxing cool-down. Wear comfy clothes and bring a yoga mat, towel, or blanket.
Yoga will conclude with a brief meditation lead by Gabi Lupatkin. Meditation can be a wonderful way to help ease the mind and body. No experience necessary.
